FixupX Copy Link is designed with privacy in mind. This extension does not collect, store, or share personal data.

Data Collection

This extension does not collect any of the following:

• Personal information
• Browsing history
• Cookies
• Authentication data
• User activity outside of its core functionality

How the Extension Works

The extension operates only on x.com and only when the user clicks the “Copy link” button on a post.

At that moment, the extension:

• Reads the post URL from the page
• Changes the domain from x.com to fixupx.com
• Writes the updated link to the user’s clipboard

This process happens entirely locally in the user’s browser.

Data Sharing

• No data is transmitted to external servers
• No data is shared with third parties
• No analytics or tracking tools are used

Permissions Explanation

• clipboardWrite: used only to place the modified link into the clipboard after the user initiates the copy action
• Access to x.com: required to detect the copy action and retrieve the correct post URL

Third-Party Services

This extension does not use any third-party services, APIs, or external scripts.
